How to run this Real-Time Call Reporting demo

  1. Choose an environment and login with your RingCentral account user's credentials.
    Before letting other users in your company using the app, you must login with an admin user's credentials to run the required setup.
  2. Admin setup
    • Login with your RingCentral admin user's credentials.
    • Select the "Admin Tools" option at the top-right corner.
    • Select agents (extensions) from the account extensions list and click the "Select" button. The selected agents will be listed in the "New Exensions" list for review
    • Click the "Add to Monitor" button to add the selected agents to the list of "Current Monitored Agents. This means that you and other users under the same account will be able to monitor call activities of the selected agents.
  3. Monitor
    • Login with your RingCentral user' credentials
    • Select agents from the agents list then click the "Add to Dashboard" button
    • Make an inbound call to or outbound calls from one of the selected agents to see the call's data.
    • Select the "Call Stats" or "Reportings" menu to see different call metrics.
